The theme of the monument, "Past, Present and Future" gets a new interpretation:

Our suggestionis to keep the main volumes of the monument and some of the sculpture panels. Vertical walls will be arranged with modules for vertical gardening and the inclined plane of polished granite will become a waterfall, with water which is collected in a small lake. Parts of the original sculptural panels will remain in the colourful frames obtained by growing of climbing plants.

Thus, the old, boring monument, despite of its heavy volumes will fit organically into the surrounding park environment.
