Therefore the objective of this landscape project is to preserve the natural environment and terrain of the property.The terrain has a significant denivelation (15%) in the northwest. The slope of the terrain is generally maintained filling is required in few spots. The main approach to building is automobile. It is in the southwestern part of the property. The secondary pedestrian approach is in landscape style. Pedestrian entrance is directly related to the main entrance of the building.

The area of land is 1259 sq.m., and the green area is 703 square meters, which represents 56% of the total area. On the property has existing vegetation. There is a tree - walnut, which is in good aesthetic and environmental condition. The tree will be preserved during future construction.

The property is bordered on the north by a street and the building is located in the northern part of the property.
